China has been Thailand’s biggest source of tourists for years. The TAT has projected that in 2015, the number of Chinese tourists visited Thailand should reach 4.3 million.
The white temple is a contemporary and privately-owned Buddhist temple. It was designed, constructed, and owned by Chalermchai Kositpipat, who opened it daily to visitors in 1997. There is no charge for admission.
