The Prime Minister has suggested the use of the satellite classroom services of the Klai Klang Won School from the initiative of His Majesty the King. This professional education system utilizes the deployment of satellite classroom services and had been expanded to many schools over a span of 20 years.

The service has been successful and the Ministry of Education (MOE) is now in the first phase of extending this service. There are now 15,000 schools subscribed to the service, with over 1 million students benefiting from its education.

The expansion of the service will require an evaluation from the assigned committee to oversee the differences of the teaching and learning standards in each school, before and after joining the using the satellite classroom service.

The Deputy Minister of Education is confident that if schools continued to implement this service, it will improve the overall National Test (NT) and Ordinary National Educational Test (O-NET) scores of each school to exceed the median score.

He also said that this project paves the way for the improvement of education standards of schools in remote and rural areas to be equivalent to schools in urban areas.
